We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join our team. You will partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between HR strategies and business objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and development. Your expertise will drive HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and compliance with legislative requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Provide HR leadership to align business objectives with the People strategy
- Support leaders and managers with HR impact analysis and risk mitigation
- Lead recruitment process to attract top talent
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture
- Oversee core HR programs such as performance management and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with federal and state legislation, including award interpretation

About you
- Experienced HR Manager with a focus on talent management, employee relations and compliance
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Proven ability to translate strategic HR objectives into operational plans
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and problem-solving ability
- Warm, engaging, approachable, and adaptable
- Hands-on and capable of shifting focus to adapt to changing priorities
- Able to handle multiple tasks and handle the dynamic nature of our workplace
- Familiarity with Awards and industrial relations is highly desirable
