Stephen has over three decades of experience as a Non-Executive Director and Chair across commercial and not for profit organisations as well as industry associations.

His Board and senior executive experience span the publishing, technology, health, education and employment sectors. Stephen is Chair of Relationships Australia (NSW) Limited, and Chair of the National Council of Relationships Australia. He is Chair of Global Access Partners' National Standing Committee on Energy, the Environment and Agriculture and previously acted as a Board Advisor to Bolton Clarke.

As a CEO and senior executive, he has had extensive experience in highly competitive, customer-driven industries as well as in the “for purpose” sector, with his last executive role being CEO of the Heart Research Institute.
